Customers are the most important visitors in our shop.
They are not dependent on us.
We are dependent on them.
They are not an interruption of our work.
They are the purpose of it.
We are not doing them a favor by serving them.
They are doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity
to do so.
Please be reminded of this.
Don't be irritated or even mean to those
who ask too much.
It's a part of selling.
Be good.
Be accommodating.
Be patient.
They are the customer.
Without them, there wouldn't be
a business to begin with.
